We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our Marketing & Creative Team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our design and creative efforts across various platforms, including graphic design, web design, social media content, and other creative materials. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about design.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the marketing & design team to create aesthetically appealing and user-friendly website elements, banners, graphics, and other digital assets that align with our brand guidelines.
• Develop wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and solutions.
• Digital & Social Media Proficiency: Demonstrates a profound understanding of digital and social media requirements to support the creation of engaging and consistent social media and marketing content, illustrations, typography, animation and digital optimization across various platforms, aligning with our brand’s visual identity.
• Basic editing of photos and videos, ensuring they align with our brand’s style and messaging.
• Combine design and content to create visual stories that capture attention and convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
• Collect files in the proper formats and colour profiles to be sent to printing vendors, ensuring that the printed materials maintain their intended design and quality.
• Competence to capture high-quality photographs and videos is a welcomed bonus.
Qualifications:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Creative Arts/Media/Communications or related field.
• Knowledge of simple photography with fundamental skills in basic photo and video editing to create visually appealing content.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS Framework, and/or JavaScript is preferred
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and their application in creating user-friendly interfaces. (No programming skills are required but are welcomed)
• Must be a web savvy and understand the current web design trend
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective content requirements.
• Knowledge of various file formats and the technical aspects of graphic design (e.g., resolution, colour profiles).
• Ability to understand and interpret project briefs and requirements.
• Excellent Familiarity written and verbal communication skills. (Knowledge in various languages is an extra bonus)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring all work is accurate and well-presented.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
This is a Junior/Entry level position. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Salary Range: RM2,000 – RM2,500
